Launching a New Career and Life in Canada
During March 2022, in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, VanArts offered full scholarships to Ukrainian refugees fleeing to Canada under the CUEAT Visa program. Being able to study in Canada under this program has allowed them to pursue training for their dream careers through our one-year diploma programs.
It’s nearly a year later, and VanArts is proud to announce that Anna Sitalova has become the first from our Ukrainian student community to be offered a job and start working fresh out of school. Anna has earned a diploma in Visual Effects, and she’s already a full-time employee at Track VFX, a studio with facilities based here in Vancouver.
