Deakin University
According to a recent survey by The Economist, Vancouver is ranked the #3 Most Liveable City in the world, and the #1 city is Melbourne, Australia. This is good news for our students, who have the option of studying in both cities through our degree pathway partnership with Melbourne’s Deakin University. Through the degree pathway from VanArts to Deakin, various bachelor degrees specific to each program can be earned in as little as one full year (3 trimesters) at Deakin, after graduating from the diploma program of your choice at VanArts.
The options for courseload are either over one calendar year of intensive full-time study (4 credit points of study per trimester X3), or over two years of reduced full-time study (3 credit points of study per trimester X4). For international students at Deakin, your work permit is part of the student visa allowing you to work up to 20 hours per week.
