Richard Williams Visits VanArts

On Monday, October 27th, VanArts received a visit from Richard Williams, triple-Oscar winner (and author of The Animator's Survival Kit). He took the time to greet our 2D and 3D animation students, and was very impressed with our facility. That evening, he gave a presentation to a packed house at the VanCity Theatre about his new set of instructional DVDs, and welcomed questions from the audience. The presentation was hosted by the Vancouver SIGGRAPH chapter and sponsored by Annex Pro and VanArts.

We were delighted to have Richard Williams in town and provide inspiration to our local animation community!
