Community Integration

VanArts encourages students to get involved in the wider Vancouver community. Although we do not offer formal student clubs or integration programs, we recommend the following services and events to help international students connect locally:

• WelcomeBC Newcomers Guide – The B.C. Newcomers’ Guide will help you settle into B.C. quickly and easily.
• Immigrant Services Society of BC – Over 25 programs and services for newcomers.
• Meetup Vancouver – Find groups by interest, hobby, or language.

Connecting with Fellow Students

Once you confirm your enrollment at VanArts by sending us your first tuition installment, our Student Services department will also email additional resources to you, including private groups on Facebook and Discord for connecting with other students and finding roommates.
