VanArts Launches First Digital Photography Program in North America

VANCOUVER, BC (January 3, 2007) - As a part of its unique advantage to stay ahead of the competition, in September 2006 VanArts (Vancouver Institute of Media Arts) started its first intake of students for its brand new Diploma Program in Digital Photography. This one year, full-time diploma program is designed to prepare graduates for entry-level employment as studio, commercial and product photographers. Several students already have paying clients utilizing their services after only 4 months of enrollment in the program!
VanArts Welcomes Martin L'Heureux to Faculty
January 31st, 2007Supervising animator/instructor from ILM, Martin L'Heureux has joined the line-up of instructors for VanArts' 3D Animation Diploma Program.
Martin L'Heureux, began his award-winning 3D animation career over 15 years ago, and has accumulated over 20 credits in film, television, and commercials. As an already established artist in Quebec, he extended his passions toward the art of animation by working for Industrial Light and Magic as a Sequence Animation Supervisor.
