Sanjeev Kumar came to VanArts from India in February 2008 and graduated from our Visual Effects Diploma Program in 2009. Upon graduation he got his break on a few local projects with Exile FX, and he is now working at Prime Focus in India as a junior compositor, working in stereo conversion from 2D to 3D.
Sanjeev says, “I started my career as a programmer at Greenfield Online Pvt. Ltd. in on-campus placement during my masters in computer science. Since I had an interest in films, I researched other schools and found the VanArts curriculum fit exactly what I wanted to do. Upon coming to Vancouver, I learned theory and practical knowledge from talented industry professionals in visual effects and filmmaking. I really loved the time I spent studying at VanArts.”
