VanArts is pleased to congratulate Professional Photography graduate Porus Vimadalal on his award win for “Photographer of the Year” in the ELLE India Graduates Fashion competition.
The son of a commercial airline pilot, Porus acquired his pilot license after high school, and also studied fashion design from Wigan & Leigh College in Mumbai for 3 years. He later realized he wanted to follow his true creative passion for photography, and came to VanArts to learn the technical, artistic and business skills to make it happen.
Since graduating from VanArts in 2012, Porus has enjoyed an active career in the Indian fashion industry, working with editorial publications such as Elle, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, and Grazia.
