"I entered the VanARTS digital program with years of practical photography experience, but no real training. My expectations were to get a proper grounding in technique, lighting, and of course the digital world. VanARTS delivered!
Since graduating in February of 2009, I have returned to my home in Yellowknife, in Canada's Arctic, and have established my business, *billbradenphoto*, to serve the corporate, resource and government markets in in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The practical skills and street-smart advice delivered by VanARTS great team of experienced professionals, especially in the area of business startup, has helped tremendously.
In the last two months, I have had assignments ranging from the De Beers Canada Snap Lake diamond mine, to schools for mining trades, to product shots for The Chocolatier, a local confectioner. I have several weddings booked, along with upcoming work for architects and government agencies.
My goal is to be The Photographer of Choice for Business in Northern Canada. I'm not rich yet, but I'm doing what I want to do. Thanks, VanARTS, for the great start."
