Degree Pathway Partnerships
VanArts has articulation agreements in place with several well established universities/colleges in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. These degree pathways allow you to complete your bachelor's degree in as little as one year after your studies at VanArts. This gives you the advantage of two credentials; a professional diploma and an undergraduate degree.
These partnerships may not only save you money in tuition cost, but allows you to transition easily from VanArts to the partner institution while continuing your educational pathway in your chosen field of study. If you choose to complete your BA degree abroad, there is the added advantage of living and working in another country to further enrich your life and career.
This list represents the pathways, universities and specific degrees available for graduates of each diploma program at VanArts:

Bond University (Queensland, Australia)
- Bachelor of Arts (Multimedia) - Bachelor of Communication (Multimedia) Advance standing credit up to two full semesters (80 credit points) of a six semester (240 credit point) Bachelors program. A student can complete their degree in 16 months of additional full-time studies (four semesters). |

Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia)
- A358 Bachelor of Creative Arts (Film and Digital Advance standing credit up to 12 credit points towards a 24 credit point, 3-year Degree program. Option of completing over one full calendar year (three consecutive trimesters), or over two years of reduced load full-time study. |

Woodbury University (Burbank CA, USA) - Bachelor of Fine Arts (Animation Major), Year 3 Advance Standing credit to a maximum of 33 credits towards the Animation Major of a 4-year degree. |

Media Design School (Auckland, New Zealand) - Bachelor of Art & Design Advance standing into the third and final year of a 3-year Degree Program. |

Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia) - A300 Bachelor of Arts, Drama Major - A357 Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama) Advance standing credit up to 8 credit points towards a 24 credit point, 3-year Degree program. VanArts graduates would need to commence in Trimester 1 and continue in Trimester 2 in Year 1, and continue in Trimester 1 & 2 in Year 2. Student would be required to complete 4 credit points of study in each of the four trimesters. There is currently no Trimester 3 study option for this program. |

Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia) - A300 Bachelor of Arts, Journalism Major - A316 Bachelor of Arts (Professional and Creative Writing), Journalism Sub-major - A328 BA Media & Communication, Journalism Major Advance standing credit up to 8 credit points towards a 24 credit point, 3-year Degree program. VanArts graduates would need to commence in Trimester 1 and continue in Trimester 2 in Year 1, and continue in Trimester 1 & 2 in Year 2. Student would be required to complete 4 credit points of study in each of the four trimesters. Opportunities to commence in Trimester 3, or engage in Trimester 3 to reduce the completion duration and/or trimester unit load may be available, depending on the chosen Deakin degree program. |
