Intro to Digital Concept Art

This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of digital concept art, which is the primary form of design for video games, feature films, and computer animation. This course covers current design techniques for characters, machines, environments, and creatures. No previous computer skills needed to complete this course.
Instructor Bio:
This course is taught by local animator & concept artist Stephen Pearce, who has worked in several Vancouver studios, including AKA Cartoon, Bardel/Dreamworks, Mainframe, & Backbone Entertainment. His credits include Classical animation: Mtv's Cartoon Sushi, Stickin Around, & Joseph-King of Dreams. CG animation: ActionMan, Heavygear & Heavy Gear.
