Photography Shoot at Burnaby Heritage Museum

This week, our senior Digital Photography class ventured out to Burnaby Heritage Museum where they had an incredible opportunity to watch and participate in a large scale photo shoot, as part of their Advanced Lighting and Production course.

The concept was a collaboration between producer Lisa Kaulback and photographer Adam Blasberg. The team introduces commercial production to the class and allows them to observe and follow the entire process from the initial idea to execution and delivery.

This shoot involved nearly 60 feet of draping, 10 lights, 3 models and was executed in less than 4 hours! It was a fantastic opportunity to see how a photoshoot can scale to this size, with pre-production meetings, work schedules, logistics and on-site problem solving.

As you can see, the results are incredible and inspiring. Thanks Lisa and Adam!
